Hellel: Who He Was Before the Fall
His name in Hebrew is HELLEL BEN SHACHAR — The Shining One, Son of the Dawn. Not the Dark One. Not the Ugly One. THE SHINING ONE. He carried light as his identity. He was the most brilliant created being in the universe — and he used that brilliance to construct the greatest rebellion in cosmic history.
"Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty... Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth... thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire." — Ezekiel 28:12–14

The Five I Wills — The Declaration of War
"I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation... I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High." — Isaiah 14:13–14

He wanted the position without the submission. The throne without the relationship. The glory without the accountability. God's response? "Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit." (Isaiah 14:15). Not might be. SHALL be. Settled. Done.
He was the Shining One. He chose darkness instead. That tells you light is not enough — submission is what matters.
The Fall: Exactly What Happened and Who Went With Him
"And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth... And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan... he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." — Revelation 12:3–4, 7–9
His TAIL drew a third of the stars. He did not ask. He did not recruit. He SWEPT them with him — like a tail sweeping dishes off a table. The image is sudden, violent, total. Stars and angels are synonymous in biblical imagery (Job 38:7, Revelation 1:20).
How Many Is a Third?
Revelation 5:11 describes ten thousand times ten thousand surrounding the throne — a minimum of one hundred million angels. A third of one hundred million is 33 million fallen angels. Many scholars believe the angelic host is far larger.
What This Means for You
The force Lucifer commands is not small. It is a vast, highly organized, militarily structured hierarchy of powerful supernatural beings who have been operating for millennia.
That is why Paul does not say "be kind and hope for the best." He says PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD.
A third of heaven fell. That means two thirds stayed. The majority is on your side.
The Cosmic Address: Where Lucifer and His Third Actually Live
The ancient world — the world of Moses, David, Daniel, Paul — understood the universe as having multiple layers, multiple "heavens." Paul confirms this in 2 Corinthians 12:2 when he writes of being caught up into the "third heaven." Third heaven implies at minimum a first and a second.
Lucifer's Current Address
"...the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience." — Ephesians 2:2
PRINCE OF THE POWER OF THE AIR. In Greek: archonta tou aeros. The ruler of the lower atmosphere — the breathable air, the immediate atmospheric zone surrounding the earth. This is the first heaven.
Where He Is NOT
NOT in the third heaven — he was cast out
NOT in the center of the earth
NOT in hell yet — that judgment is FUTURE (Revelation 20:10)
NOT omnipresent — he is a finite created being who moves
He OPERATES in the atmospheric realm, has access to the heavenly court as accuser, and roams the earth looking for whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).
Satan lives above your head and walks your streets. That is why Paul says to put on the whole armor of God.
The Hierarchy: Four Ranks in Ephesians 6 — Decoded
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." — Ephesians 6:12
Four distinct categories. Four different ranks. Four different jurisdictions. And none of them are demons. These are the fallen third — the angelic beings who fell with Hellel. Paul names their military structure.
Principalities — Archai
The highest-ranking fallen beings under Satan. The PRINCES. Assigned to govern entire nations. The Prince of Persia was powerful enough to withstand an archangel for 21 days. Every nation has one. They have been in position for thousands of years.
Powers — Exousiai
Beings with delegated authority over SYSTEMS — not nations, but systems. Mammon governs economic oppression. The spirit of perversion. The spirit of false religion. The spirit of witchcraft. When an entire media industry tilts toward darkness, a power is coordinating it.
Rulers of Darkness — Kosmokratoras
Cosmos = world. Kratos = dominion. These are the WORLD-RULERS of the dark age — not of a nation, but of the entire world system. Trade systems. Financial systems. Political power structures. Military Industrial Complexes. These are in their sphere.
Spiritual Wickedness in High Places — Pneumatika Poneras
Spiritual forces of evil operating in the HEAVENLY REALM — the atmospheric and cosmic layers above us. The interceptors. The prayer-blockers. The messengers who tried to stop Daniel's answer for 21 days.
The enemy has ranks and assignments. You need to know who you are fighting before you know how to fight.
Demons vs. Fallen Angels: The Critical Difference
Most believers — and even most teachers — use "demon" and "fallen angel" interchangeably. They are not the same thing. They are different beings with different origins, different jurisdictions, and different tactics.
Where Demons Come From: 1 Enoch 15
"The giants who are born from the spirits and the flesh shall be called evil spirits upon the earth... Evil spirits have come out of their bodies." — 1 Enoch 15:8–12
The disembodied spirits of the Nephilim — the giants who died before the flood — are what we call demons. They are EARTHBOUND. They seek embodiment because they are spirits who once had physical bodies and now have none (Matthew 12:43–45).
The Watchers: A Third Category
"And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." — Jude 6
The 200 who descended on Mount Hermon committed an additional crime — crossing the biological boundary. Their judgment was specific and immediate. CHAINED. The Greek word in 2 Peter for "hell" is Tartarus — used only here in the New Testament.
Three types. Three tactics. Demon = Earthbound Nephilim spirit. Fallen Angel = Atmospheric/Heavenly. Watcher = Bound in darkness. Know who you are fighting.
What the Fallen Third Does on Earth in 2026
The fallen third does not operate on Earth the way demons do — by entering bodies. They operate OVER earth, from the atmospheric and heavenly realm, to control systems, nations, and structures that affect millions of people at once.
They Control Nations
Daniel 10 is the clearest window. The Prince of Persia physically impeded an angelic messenger for three weeks. Every major nation has a principality assigned to it — knowing the history, weak points, and spiritual geography of their territory better than any human intelligence agency.
They Corrupt Systems
Mammon is not just greed in an individual's heart. Mammon is a power that governs entire economic systems. When an entire global financial system extracts wealth upward, when inflation destroys the savings of the working poor — you are looking at the fingerprints of a power, not just bad human policy.
They Block Prayers
Daniel's prayer was answered on day one, but the answer was blocked for 21 days. The atmospheric forces are designed to create fog — confusion, delay, discouragement — between your prayer and your answer. They cannot stop God. But they can create turbulence in the delivery if you give up before the breakthrough.
They Blind Minds
"The god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not." (2 Corinthians 4:4). Not hearts — MINDS. The cognitive faculty. The capacity for spiritual perception. A veil has been placed over the mind — and it is not natural ignorance. It is a targeted operation.
They operate above you, around you, and through the systems you live in. That is why you need heavenly-level weapons to fight them.
Portals: Are They Real? What Do Ancient Texts Say?
Yes. They are real. A portal is a location where the boundary between the physical and spiritual realm is thinner than average — where transactions between the heavenly and earthly dimensions occur more readily. The Bible calls these "GATES."
"And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven." — Genesis 28:16–17
Jacob saw a ladder — a connection point — between earth and heaven. Angels ascending and descending. He named the place Bethel — House of God. A specific location where the dimensional boundary was active.
The High Places — Enemy Portals
Throughout the Old Testament, God repeatedly commands Israel to destroy the HIGH PLACES — not just because of the idols, but because of what the high places WERE: sacred sites where territorial princes accepted worship and maintained spiritual jurisdiction.
When Israel worshipped at a high place, they were FEEDING the principality of that place. Giving it legal authority. Opening a dimensional door. The conquest of Canaan was not ethnic cleansing — it was PORTAL DESTRUCTION.
Portals the Enemy Uses Today
Temples and altars dedicated to false gods, including occult sites and Freemason lodge buildings
Locations of sustained bloodshed — abortion clinics, sites of mass violence, ancient battlefields
Entertainment and media infrastructure consecrated through occult ritual
Geographic high points ancient pagan religions identified as sacred
Legal agreements made by city and national leaders with demonic entities
Every portal the enemy controls can be shut. The blood of Jesus speaks louder than the blood of any sacrifice. "I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron." — Isaiah 45:2
The Wealth They Stole and How the Transfer Works
"A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just." — Proverbs 13:22
The principalities and powers do not just govern nations and block prayers. They govern ECONOMIC SYSTEMS. And they have been systematically routing wealth AWAY from the righteous for millennia. But God has a verdict on that. LAID UP. Stored. Accumulated. Like a savings account God has been running in the background.
The Biblical Pattern
Egypt plundered Israel for 400 years. Then Israel walked out and PLUNDERED EGYPT. Exodus 12:36 — they did not just leave. They LEFT WITH THE GOLD. The wealth of Egypt — built by the sweat of Israel — was transferred back in one night.
The Prophetic Decree
"I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places." — Isaiah 45:3. Treasures of DARKNESS. Hidden riches of SECRET PLACES. The wealth hidden in the systems controlled by the fallen powers is being exposed and transferred.
The Divine Verdict
"He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver." — Job 27:16–17. What the sinner accumulated, the righteous will wear and distribute. This is a divine economic verdict.
How the Wealth Transfer Is Activated
This is not prosperity gospel. This is prophetic economics. The transfer is activated through spiritual warfare, not passive waiting. The wealth is coming — the question is whether you are positioned, armed, and warring for your inheritance.
How to Fight This Tier — The Ephesians 6 Strategy
Most deliverance ministry targets demons — and that is legitimate and necessary. But Ephesians 6 is not primarily a deliverance manual. It is a WARFARE manual for the principalities and powers tier. And the tactics are different.
You cannot cast out a principality like a demon. When Daniel needed to break through the Prince of Persia, he did not say "I rebuke you, Prince of Persia." He prayed. He fasted. He persisted. For 21 days. Principalities are not displaced by a single prayer session.
The Six Weapons Against the Principalities
The Belt of Truth
Identity security. You must KNOW who you are in Christ, unshakably, so the principality cannot use accusation or deception to disqualify you.
The Breastplate of Righteousness
Christ's imputed righteousness. The principalities operate legally — they look for legal ground. Righteousness removes the legal access. No open doors means no entry points.
The Feet of Peace
You advance. You do not wait for principalities to leave on their own. You ADVANCE into their territory with the gospel. Ground occupied by the enemy for centuries must be TAKEN.
The Shield of Faith
Every lie the principality shoots into a culture, a city, a nation — quenched. Faith in the Word of God over what you see in the natural stops the propaganda of darkness.
The Helmet of Salvation
Your mind is protected. The principality's primary weapon against believers is doubt of their own salvation and authority. The helmet means the weapon has no target.
The Sword of the Spirit
The spoken Word. The RHEMA — spoken Scripture — directed at the specific principality and the specific stronghold. Not argument. Not human persuasion. The Word.
Corporate Warfare: Why One Person Is Not Enough
Daniel could not do it alone — he needed Michael. Joshua could not take Jericho alone — he needed Israel to circle it seven days and shout together. The Greek word symphonia (translated "agree" in Matthew 18:19) is where we get the word symphony. Two people in symphonic alignment create a force that moves things in the heavenly realm that individual prayer alone cannot reach.
Fast Together
Corporate fasting breaks through faster than individual fasting.
Pray Together
Your prayers are incense filling a censer — when it tips, FIRE comes down (Revelation 8:3–5).
Declare Together
Target the specific principality over your city by what it produces. The pattern is the fingerprint.
"But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee." — Isaiah 49:25
God Himself contends with what contends with you. You are never fighting alone.
The Kingdom of God in You Is Greater — The Final Word
Greater Is He That Is In You
"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." — 1 John 4:4
Not "roughly equal to he that is in the world." Not "slightly more powerful." GREATER. By an infinite margin. Satan is a created being. He has a beginning. He will have an end. God is the Uncreated One — no origin, no ending, no limit.
You Are Already Seated Above Them
"And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." — Ephesians 2:6. SEATED. In heavenly places. RIGHT NOW. Not someday. Not after more spiritual growth. Right now, in 2026.
You Enforce From Above
The principality of Persia withstood an angel for 21 days. It could NOT withstand the authority of Jesus. The highest-ranking demonic beings recognized His authority immediately and BEGGED for terms (Matthew 8:29). They knew His position. Do you know yours?
The Mandate for 2026
This generation is the one ancient prophets saw from a distance. The Book of Enoch was preserved for this hour. The War Scroll was hidden in clay jars for this moment. Daniel was told to seal up the book until the time of the end. That time is HERE.
Your Deployment Orders
Build a Prayer Team
Take this teaching and build a war party around it. Target the principality over your city by name — by what it produces.
Fast for the Wealth Transfer
Declare Isaiah 45:3 over your finances. Get positioned. Get out of the debt systems the enemy controls. Give generously.
Pull Down the Portals
Through sustained intercession, collapse the enemy's infrastructure in your region. The blood of Jesus closes every door the enemy opened.
Know Your Position
KNOW — not hope, KNOW — that the One in you is greater than the one over them. The battle is the Lord's. The authority is yours. The victory is settled.
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." — Revelation 12:11
Overcame him. Past tense. Already done. The blood is sufficient. The testimony is your weapon. Now you know that you know. Go do something with it. God gets all the glory. Amen and Amen.
