Lesson 1: Understanding the Trinity (Three-Part Being)

DEFINITION - TRINITY: From Latin "trinitas" (three-in-one). The biblical revelation that ONE God exists eternally as THREE distinct persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Not three gods. Not one person wearing three masks. Three persons, one essence, one God.

The Aramaic Understanding: In Aramaic (Jesus' language), God is called "Alaha" - emphasizing the mystery of divine unity. When Jesus prayed, He used "Abba" (intimate Father), showing relationship WITHIN the Godhead.

From the Ethiopian Bible (1 Enoch): The Ancient of Days (God the Father) sits on His throne while the Son of Man (Jesus) stands before Him—TWO distinct persons, ONE authority. Enoch saw this vision 300 years before Christ was born!

Isaac Newton's Hidden Notes Reveal: Newton spent more time studying Scripture than physics. His secret manuscripts show he understood that the Trinity isn't about math (1+1+1=1) but about NATURE. Just as you are body, soul, and spirit—yet ONE person—God is Father, Son, Spirit—yet ONE God.

When Jehovah's Witnesses say Jesus is "a god," show them John 1:1 in Aramaic Peshitta: "Miltha" (the Word) was WITH Alaha AND WAS Alaha—same divine essence.

Lesson 2: Jesus - The Heavenly Reality and Earthly Manifestation

Who Jesus Prayed To: Jesus prayed to God the Father—not because He wasn't God, but because He took on HUMAN nature. As fully man, He modeled perfect relationship with the Father. As fully God, He shared the Father's essence.

DEFINITION - INCARNATION: From Latin "in carne" (in flesh). God the Son taking on human nature without ceasing to be God. Not God BECOMING man, but God ADDING humanity to His deity.

The Two Natures of Christ:

• Heavenly Nature: Eternal Word, Creator, equal with Father

• Earthly Nature: Born of Mary, grew tired, hungry, died

Mary's Role - Setting It Straight: Mary was Jesus' EARTHLY mother—blessed among women, chosen vessel, but NOT "Mother of God" in the sense of originating deity. Jesus existed before Mary (John 8:58 - "Before Abraham was, I AM").

Ethiopian Bible Insight (Book of Enoch 48:2-3): The Son of Man was named BEFORE

creation, before the sun and stars. His existence predates His earthly birth through Mary.

Newton's Clarity: Newton wrote: "Christ's human nature was created. His divine nature is eternal. Mary bore the human Jesus, not the eternal Word."

DEFENDING THIS: When Catholics elevate Mary to co-redemptrix, lovingly explain: Mary needed a Savior too (Luke 1:47 - "My spirit rejoices in God my SAVIOR"). Only sinless blood redeems, and Mary was born under Adam's curse like all humans.

Lesson 3: The Holy Spirit - Your Present Helper

Ethiopian Bible Connection: Enoch describes the Spirit as dwelling with the righteous, giving them wisdom and revelation—exactly what Jesus promised us!

Why This Matters in 2025: We're not fighting flesh and blood. Without the Spirit's power, we're defenseless. WITH Him, we have:

Lesson 4: Understanding YOU as a Reflection of the Trinity

DEFINITION - TRICHOTOMY: The biblical view that humans are three-part beings: spirit, soul, body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).

Why This Matters: You're not just a body with a soul. You're an ETERNAL spirit, you POSSESS a soul (mind, will, emotions), you LIVE IN a body. This reflects the Trinity's nature!

YOUR SPIRIT (pneuma in Greek)

• Where you connect with God

• Becomes ALIVE at salvation (was dead in sin)

• Your eternal, indestructible essence

• The part that goes to heaven/hell

YOUR SOUL (psyche in Greek)

• Your MIND (thoughts, beliefs, understanding)

• Your WILL (choices, decisions)

• Your EMOTIONS (feelings, desires)

• Must be renewed after salvation (Romans 12:2)

YOUR BODY (soma in Greek)

• Temporary tent (2 Corinthians 5:1)

• Temple of Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19)

• Will be resurrected and glorified

From Aramaic Insight: Jesus said "Naphsha" (soul) and "Rukha" (spirit) in Aramaic—distinct words for distinct parts. When He gave up His spirit (Luke 23:46), His body died, His soul went to Hades to preach (1 Peter 3:19), His spirit went to the Father.

Practical Defense: When New Agers talk about "higher self," explain: Your spirit isn't divine—it's CREATED. It can only be perfected through Christ's indwelling Spirit, not through meditation or self-effort.

MODULE 3: SALVATION - The Legal Transaction

Lesson 5: How to Get Saved - The Only Way

DEFINITION - SALVATION: Deliverance from sin's penalty (hell), power (bondage), and eventually presence (glorification). A FREE GIFT received through faith in Christ alone.

The Legal Framework:

THE PROBLEM

• All sinned (Romans 3:23)

• Sin's wage is death (Romans 6:23)

• Dead in trespasses (Ephesians 2:1)

THE RECEPTION

• Repent (change mind about sin and Christ)

The Simple Prayer - But Understanding It: "God, I'm a sinner. I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose again. I receive Him as my Savior and Lord. Save me now."

What Just Happened Legally:

1. Your sins were transferred to Christ's account (past, present, future)

2. His righteousness was transferred to your account

3. Your spirit was regenerated (born again)

4. Holy Spirit sealed you until redemption day

5. Your name was written in the Lamb's Book of Life

Ethiopian Bible Confirmation (1 Enoch 108:3): The righteous will "inherit eternal life" and their names are "written before the glory of the Great One."

Newton's Understanding: Newton wrote that salvation is "forensic" (legal)—God the Judge declares us righteous based on Christ's finished work, not our ongoing performance.

Lesson 6: Defending Salvation Against Other Religions

ISLAM - "Jesus was just a prophet"

YOUR RESPONSE: "The Quran itself calls Jesus 'Kalimatullah' (Word of God) and 'Ruhullah' (Spirit of God)—titles given to NO other prophet. If He's merely human, how can He be God's eternal Word? And Muhammad needed forgiveness (Surah 47:19), but Jesus was sinless (Quran & Bible agree). Who would you rather follow?"

JUDAISM - "We're waiting for Messiah"

YOUR RESPONSE: "Daniel 9:24-26 prophesied Messiah would come BEFORE the Temple's destruction (70 AD). Isaiah 53 describes a suffering servant—'pierced for our transgressions.' Who in Jewish history fits this except Jesus? The Temple sacrifices POINTED to Him. Now there's no Temple, no priesthood, no sacrifice—except the ONE Lamb who takes away sin."

HINDUISM/BUDDHISM - "All paths lead to God"

YOUR RESPONSE: "Jesus said 'I AM the way, the truth, the life. NO ONE comes to the Father except through Me' (John 14:6). Either He's the ONLY way and told the truth, or He's a liar/lunatic and not worth following at all. You can't call Him a 'good teacher' who was wrong about the most important thing. Good teachers don't lie about eternal destiny."

JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES - "Jesus is Michael the Archangel"

YOUR RESPONSE: "Hebrews 1:5 asks, 'To which of the angels did God ever say, You are My Son?' Answer: NONE. Verse 6 says angels WORSHIP Jesus. Revelation 22:8-9 shows angels REFUSE worship. If Jesus were an angel, He'd refuse worship too. But He accepted it (Matthew 14:33, John 9:38) because He IS God."

MORMONS - "We can become gods"

YOUR RESPONSE: "Isaiah 43:10 - God says 'Before Me no god was formed, nor shall there be after Me.' God doesn't EVOLVE or get created. He's eternally self-existent. We're CREATED beings who can be CONFORMED to Christ's image (Romans 8:29), but we'll never become deity. That was Satan's lie in Eden—'You will be like God.'"

MODULE 4: THE RAPTURE & KING'S RETURN - Our Blessed Hope

Lesson 7: The Rapture is REAL and SOON

DEFINITION - RAPTURE: From Latin "rapturo" (caught up). The event when Christ returns IN THE AIR to catch away His church before the Tribulation period.

Biblical Foundation:

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: "The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air."

1 Corinthians 15:51-52: "We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet."

The Aramaic Word: "Nethqarab" - to be snatched away suddenly, violently removed. This isn't peaceful death—it's supernatural extraction!

Ethiopian Bible Precedent (Enoch's Translation): Enoch was "taken" by God (Genesis 5:24, Hebrews 11:5)—he never died. Just as Enoch was raptured before the Flood judgment, the Church will be raptured before Tribulation judgment.

Why 2025 is Critical:

• Israel reborn (1948)—fig tree generation

• Jerusalem under Jewish control (1967)

• Technology for mark of beast EXISTS now

• Apostasy in churches exactly as prophesied

Newton's Prophetic Timeline: Newton calculated from Daniel's prophecies that the "time of the end" would begin around 1948 (Israel's rebirth). His notes suggest Christ's return is "within a few generations" of that date.

Defending the Pre-Tribulation Rapture:

ARGUMENT: "The word 'rapture' isn't in the Bible." RESPONSE: "Neither is 'Trinity' or 'Bible.' We use these words to describe biblical CONCEPTS. 'Harpazo' (caught up) in Greek describes exactly what we call the Rapture."

ARGUMENT: "The church will go through Tribulation to be purified." RESPONSE: "We're purified by Christ's BLOOD (1 John 1:7), not Tribulation. The Tribulation is 'Jacob's Trouble' (Jeremiah 30:7)—for Israel, not the Church. Revelation 3:10 promises to keep us FROM the hour of trial coming on the WHOLE EARTH."

Lesson 8: The King is Coming - Are You Ready?

PHASE 1 - THE RAPTURE

• Christ comes FOR His saints (in the air)

• Secret, sudden ("as a thief")

• Before Tribulation

• Believers judged at Bema Seat

• Rewards distributed

PHASE 2 - THE REVELATION

• Christ comes WITH His saints (to earth)

• Visible, glorious (every eye sees)

• Unbelievers judged

Signs We're in the Last Days:

From 2 Timothy 3:1-5:

• Lovers of self ✓ (selfie culture)

• Lovers of money ✓ (materialism)

• Boastful, proud ✓ (social media)

• Disobedient to parents ✓ (rebellion normalized)

• Ungrateful ✓ (entitlement mentality)

• Without love ✓ (abortion, euthanasia)

• Lovers of pleasure > God ✓ (entertainment obsession)

• Form of godliness, denying power ✓ (dead churches)

From Matthew 24:

• Wars and rumors ✓

• Famines, earthquakes ✓

• Gospel preached to all nations ✓ (internet)

• False christs, false prophets ✓

• Increase in knowledge ✓ (Daniel 12:4)

The Eternal Stakes:

• Saved: Eternity with Christ in glorified bodies, reigning with Him
